Retirement Party

The concept of a "business party" or any variety of "mandatory fun" fills me with dread. I wanted to depict a tableau of such an event, capturing some of the usual suspects- someone laughing shrilly, leering old men, someone craned over their phone, and in this case, the person the party is ostensibly for simultaneously being ignored, but also unable to escape.
